PLANNING

We liaise with Planning Authorities, negotiate planning agreements and deal with planning conditions to secure planning permission. We assess development proposals providing scoping advice to determine constraints and key potential planning and environmental impacts.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE

Concept design to master plan, detailed design, contract specification and supervision, and subsequent management. Other skills include Townscape and Landscape assessments and visual impact analysis for Environmental Impact Assessment.

ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT

We co-ordinate environmental studies working with project specific consultants. If the scheme goes to Public Inquiry we can provide Expert Witnesses. We can also review Environmental Statements from other consultancies.
